  • To co-ordinate the food trade and industry<\/li>\n
  • To promote food hygiene and to protect public health<\/li>\n
  • To negotiate and take part in active consultation with government authorities, Consumer Council and other bodies related to food matters, laws, rules and implementation procedures<\/li>\n
